John Hagedorn, Ph.D.
Dr. John Hagedorn has 35 years of experience as a pastoral counselor and a marriage and family therapist. He counsels with individuals, couples, families, and specializes in working with clergy and their families. He coordinates the "Clergy Support and Wellness Program" of The Counseling Center offering a monthly Support Group for Clergy and a yearly three part Seminar Series on issues of Pastoral Care open to all who might be interested.
His initial training includes a degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and a Ph.D. from Boston University in "The Psychology of Religion and Pastoral Care." He later studied at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic under Dr. Salvador Minuchin.

- An Approved Supervisor and Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy
- A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York. An ordained minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
