From Upstate New York Take the New York State Thruway South to the Cross County Parkway East. Follow the same instructions as FROM NEW YORK CITY (below).

From New York City Take either the West Side Drive/Henry Hudson Parkway North to the Saw Mill River Parkway or the FDR Drive North to the Major Deegan/Route 87 North or Bruckner Expressway/Bronx River Parkway North. Proceed onto the Cross County Parkway East. Bear right at split and exit at Exit #7. Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp (East Broad Street). Go one block and turn left onto Gramatan Avenue. Proceed on Gramatan Avenue approximately .9 mile and turn left onto Pondfield Road. The Reformed Church is on the left at the next corner (Midland Avenue) go up the circular driveway and the Counseling Center offices are located to the right of the courtyard through the rear side door and up the stairs to the second floor.

From New Jersey Take the George Washington Bridge (lower level) to the Major Deegan/Route 87 North (or the Henry Hudson/Saw Mill River Parkway North). Go East on the Cross County Parkway and follow the same instructions as FROM NEW YORK CITY (above).

From Westchester Take the Hutchinson River Parkway South to Exit #15 onto the Cross County Parkway. Exit the Cross County Parkway at Exit #8/North Columbus Avenue/Mount Vernon. Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp. Proceed on North Columbus Avenue approximately .8 mile to Pondfield Road. Turn left onto Pondfield Road and proceed approximately .7 mile. The Reformed Church is on the left at the corner of Pondfield Road and Midland Avenue go up the circular driveway and The Counseling Center offices are located to the right of the courtyard through the rear side door and up the stairs to the second floor.

From Connecticut Take 95 South to 287/Cross Westchester West to the Hutchinson River Parkway South (or the Merritt Parkway to the Hutchinson River Parkway South). Proceed to the Cross County Parkway West (watch the signs carefully – the Hutchinson River Parkway splits – stay in the left lanes). Proceed to Exit #8 and follow the same instructions as FROM WESTCHESTER.

By Train Take the Harlem Line of the Metro-North Railroad. The Counseling Center is located at the Reformed Church which is within easy walking distance from the train station. Go to Kraft Avenue, on the north-bound side of the station. Walk south three blocks to Midland Avenue. You will see the rear of the church proceed left at the corner to Pondfield Road and come up the steps to the circular driveway and into the courtyard. Go to your right of the courtyard and enter the rear side door and go up the stairs to the Center. Stations and schedules may be obtained from Metro-North (800) METRO-INFO, or 212-532-4900. Taxicabs are available at the train station.
