The Sandwich Generation is the subject of this month's newsletter. Evansohn explores the stresses on family members who find themselves "sandwiched" between the responislbilties of caring for parents and children simultaneously.

The Counseling Center has expanded its “Clergy Support and Wellness Program” as a continuing part of its mission to the Westchester community. The new “Seminar Series” will present three programs this year to assist clergy and congregations in their ministry.

Jane Benjamin, Ph.D.

Dr. Jane Benjamin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with both adolescents and adults. She enjoys doing short-term as well as long-term intensive psychotherapy. Her particular areas of expertise include identity formation in adolescent and early adult women, self-injury, borderline personality disorder and depression. She received her B.A. from Stanford University, her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the University of Michigan Hospital Dept. of Psychiatry. She has been working in the field for over 20 years.
